DELEGATE INFORMATION

Dear Delegate,

The congress is but only a few days away and we want to ensure that you know exactly what to expect.

  1. Programme: Available on the website. We request all speakers and delegates to familiarise themselves with the program as much as possible.
  2. Transfers: Arrangements have been made with My City Bus. Departing from the airport every 20 minutes and able to shuttle you to your hotel. One way ticket per person ±R53.00. Tickets will be available for sale at the airport. Delegates can still book own transfers or rent cars.
  3. Registration desk hours: Sunday 16:00 – 18:00, Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 18:00
  4. Daily tour registration desk hours: Sunday – 16:00 – 18:00, Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 18:00
  5. Cocktail function: Monday evening at 18:30 in the Exhibition hall – dress code: Business
  6. Social Evening, Wednesday: 19:30 @ Grand Café. Busses will depart from CTICC @ 19:00 and return to CTICC @ 22:30 & 23:00 – dress code: Informal
  7. Gala Dinner, Thursday: 19:30 @ CTICC – dress code: Black tie/Formal
  8. Bookings still open for the World Veterinary Dental Congress Dinner on Tuesday evening 19:30 at Moyo’s Blouberg. Please book online.
  9. Registration for dental workshops still open, please book online.
