SPEAKER INFORMATION

Dear Speaker

As a general reminder, please consult the latest programme on the website to familiarize yourself with the time (s) and venue (s) of your presentation (s). Please take note of the following requirements.:

  1. All speakers must register at the main registration counters in the Entrance Hall of the CTICC.
  2. Speakers will have to upload their talks at least 3 hours prior to presentation in the Speaker Preview Room located in Meeting Suite 9 at the end of the 1st floor in CTICC.
  3. Speakers will also be required to upload a short Biographical introduction of not longer than 250 words for the Session Chairpersons to use as introduction for your talks.
  4. Head and Shoulder pictures will be taken in the speaker preview room of all presenters that could be used with media releases.
  5. Please ensure that your local mobile contact number is available in the Speaker Preview Room.
  6. It is important that all speakers to stick to the allocated time slot.
